This video is stupid. Dirt going into the skin is not resulting in acne. Its bacterial buildup when the sebum cannot release out of the pores.Keeping fingers off the face helps because bacteria lie under the fingernail.

dirt doesn’t cause acne most acne is hormonal and by picking them the bacteria around the the pimples/spots can spread round your face and dirty hands doesn’t help but dirt alone does not cause acne at all
totally – Its more likely excessive production of sebum/oil which can worsen cos people with acne often freak out and wash their face too much, and their face gets dry and the body pumps out more oils!.. been there done that
but, yeah, not dirt ok!
